Creates a section divider in an infobox

==Usage==
<pre>{{Infobox section|title|test-value|else-value}}</pre>
''Note these are all unnamed parameters when using the template''
* <code>title</code> is the text to be shown in the section.
* If <code>test-value</code> (optional) is given, the section will only show if this value is not empty.
* If <code>else-value</code> (optional) is given and <code>Test-value</code> is empty, the section is displayed and shows Else-value as its value

==Example==
<pre>{{Infobox section|Crafting|{{{ingredient1|}}}|Statistics}}</pre>
Will create a crafting section heading, but only if the <code>ingredient1</code> parameter is given and not empty, otherwise the heading uses the text "Statistics".
