Max was surrendered to Shaye through their work clinic. His owner couldn't manage medication around their schooling schedule, so the rescue took him in, giving him an extra 5-6 months of life. * Max is a great example of surrendering a pet for the pet's best interest. Even at his age he loved playing with the other ferrets At about the age of 10 his body started to fail him so he had to be let go.
