Blockgame
Blockgame is a serverside modpack for Minecraft that Thor develops as a side project alongside Heartbound, with the aim of providing an MMO-like experience to Minecraft players. The actual modpack itself is not publicly released, instead, the players must connect to the official server (at mc.blockgame.info) to play the game. No client-side modifications are required to connect, and it's possible to connect to Blockgame using both Java and Bedrock editions of Minecraft. With some fiddling, it is possible to connect to the server even on consoles.
