The Adventures of Findom chaun

The Adventures of Findom chaun is a narrative game about a man spending all his money in a desperate attempt to get a streamer's attention. It is inspired by the real character Findom chaun, but set in a dystopian future where citizens are confined to their respective high rise building.

Setting

The citizens in the world of The Adventures of Findom chaun are unable and un-wanting to go outside. Each high rise building therefore forms a loosely knit community on its own, but many residents seek to build contact with others, from other buildings, through the use of their rudimentary (and often malfunctioning) Internet Access Devices (IAD).

Narratives

A strong theme in the game is the omnipresent conflict between the opinion that humanity should restore communication structures to work together as a whole and improve their conditions long term, and the opinion that citizens should focus on their own high rise community first and foremost in order to ensure their day-to-day survival. Despite the arguments highlighting positive intentions, they are mostly presented in a negative way in the game and always lead to more—often violent—conflict.
