Pirate Software is the indie game studio owned by Thor.

Staff

The roles within the studio are as follows:

• Thor - lead developer, writer, CEO
• Shaye - artist, veterenarian for the ferrets
• Stijn - composer
• Steets - videographer.
• Ferrets - ferrets.

Games

Pirate Software has been involved in the creation of the following video games:

• Champions of Breakfast
• Heartbound
• Heartbound ARG
• Blockgame
• Kill the Moon

Not Games

Pirate Software is also responsible for creating several projects which aren't really games in and of themselves:

• develop.games, a wobsite that documents Thor's experience with game development and gives some advice to newcomers.
• The Pirate Software Game Jam, which is a competition the goal of which is to create a game within two weeks under extremely strict and limiting rules.
• Thor's ferret sanctuary
• Burrito index

Naming sense

The name "Pirate Software" has been chosen by Thor because his friend thought it was funny. The studio has no relation to software piracy.
